EU/EEA Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 30 days of receiving your goods by contacting us at: [bjobo@proton.me]
Once we have received your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)
- Personalised or custom-made items
